Magdalena Island is part of Natural Monument Los Pingüinos which holds more than 120.000 penguins. The trip begins with a navigation of 2 hours aboard Melinka through the Strait of Magellan with a panoramic view of Punta Arenas, Tierra del Fuego mountain range and Laredo bay among cormorans and sea wolves.
